Jump Manual - The Adventure Continues!

After two weeks off, I'm soooooo ready to start my training again using the Jump Manual!

I had a great dunk last week and I'm confident that within the next 12 weeks or less, I'm going to get that two hand dunk I've been chasing.

  1. when do you do the in between sets? is it after 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th?

    1. I do them every other set starting with the 2nd set of my workout and continue doing them until the very end of the workout. Hope that helps!

    2. Do you do these between sets on days you don't work lower body, IE, upper body/core series days?

    3. I only do the depth jumps between sets during the leg workout.

  3. Me and my friend are starting up training again tomrow it has been over 3 months since we last trained due to track and bball. Last time i reached one of my goals and finally got rim i got up to a 31 running vertical i want to get to 36 this time cause my reach went up to 7' 6'' so i figure 6 will put me at enough Dunk
